I'm sure by now that you've heard the buzz about the latest internet marketing ebook entitled Affiliate Rockstar Status. A couple of internet marketing guru's names Eric Rockefeller and Chris Mcneeny of Day Job Killer fame have just come out with what they claim to be the affiliate marketing guide showing you how to make millions by cleaning up on Clickbank and affiliate programs and be able to live like a rockstar.

The last chapter in the book (yes, I actually bought it) drones on about the lavish lifestyle these two guys live. They tell you about the clubs they go to, the restaurants they eat at, the women they hang with, apartments they live in, blah, blah, blah. Frankly it's egotistical bragging about living like a rockstar in the world of affiliate marketing.

I'll get to the Affiliate Rockstar Status Review in a minute, but let's examine the idea of living like a rockstar. It ain't all it's cracked up to be. You might just want to reconsider that rockstar status thing after what you read below.

	Rockstar David Lee Roth I don't mean to pick on the members of Van Halen here, but dang dudes. Old Dave here is doin' a great job helping me get my Rockstar Status point across. How did this guy age so fast?
	Rockstar Keith Richards Who wants to be like Keith Richards? Do I see any hands? You wouldn't think so, but Keith looks like he's actually having a good day here. With all the money Keith has earned it might have been a good idea to get a facelift instead of spending it on alcohol. Keith Richards has rockstar status yes, but try as he might, he will never get rid of ugly.
	Rockstar Britney Spears What can I say about Britney, she's not really even a rockstar. Britney used to be smokin' hot, now she's just smokin'.
	Rockstar Phil Spectre DAAAAM! This guy scares the hell out of me, I certainly wouldn't want to live like him. That's the biggest fro on a white man in all of recorded history. Hello freakshow!

So much for living like a rockstar. But, if you want to learn how to be a powerhouse in affiliate marketing, Affiliate Rockstar Status is actually a pretty good ebook.

Eric, Chris and Ken traveled around the globe, tracking down super affiliates to basically steal the information for this book and I believe they did a pretty good job. What I like about the book is that it gets straight to the point, without wasting time explaining the basics.

I know this because I didn't just read the sales page, I actually bought the book. I downloaded the ebook, read the whole thing at one setting and started using some of the Adwords copywriting techniques immediately and saw my click-thru rates dramatically increase. But Affiliate Rockstar Status is much more than just a guide to teach you how to get better Adwords results through killer ads, it's a philosophy to dominate a market in Clickbank or any other affiliate program.

The authors preach to every level of affiliate marketer to go after pay-per-click listings, a variety of organic search listings and social networking listings. It's a total assault philosophy and not for the affiliate marketer that isn't serious about their business.

That brings me to what I don't like about the book. They explain a technique in it that is quite complicated. Eric takes you through a step-by-step process on how to get Google Adwords ads for as little as 1 cent or less. I think this little technique is too involved for the average affiliate and I just don't believe many people will even implement it. But this actually has a good side, because the less affiliates that use this little trick, the better it is going to be for the people that do.

Okay, by now I'm sure you're probably tired of reading all this nonsense and just want to get more info on Affiliate Rockstar Status. I'll tell you how to do that in a second, but first I want to remind you that yes, you can make a lot of money with the techniques in this ebook, but you might not want to live like any of the rockstar clowns listed above. Spend your money wisely and stay out of trouble!
